Introduction

agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants,

Membership and Participation in the Network
As a member of Pioneer Logistics Network, you agree to work
together with us and other members of the network to facilitate the movement of
shipments and provide the best possible service to our members. This includes
sharing information about shipments and working to resolve any issues that may
arise in a timely and professional manner.
You also agree to conduct yourself in a honest and
professional manner at all times, and to accurately represent your services and
capabilities to our clients.
Pioneer Logistics Network reserves the right to terminate
the membership of any member who fails to adhere to these standards or who
engages in misconduct or unethical behavior.
Payment for Services
If you are an agent or vendor working with Pioneer Logistics
Network, you agree to be paid for your services in accordance with the terms of
the applicable agreement or contract. We will make every effort to ensure that
payment is made in a timely manner, but we may require additional documentation
or information in order to process payment.
Complaints and Disputes
If a complaint or dispute arises in connection with your use
of the Services, please contact us as soon as possible to report the issue. We
will work with you to resolve the matter in a timely and fair manner.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and your use of the Services will be governed by
and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without
giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute arising out of
or relating to these Terms, or the Services will be resolved through binding
arbitration in accordance with the rules of the emirates low. The arbitration
will be conducted in the United Arab Emirates.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or
unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible,
and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Waiver
No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a
further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Pioneer
Logistics Network's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms
shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
